Sitting cushions and the side pillows have ties. They attach with material you tie in a knot in several places. Then the cushion stays where you tie it.
Are the cushions washable?

There is a zipper but was not able to remove the cover because of the stitching.You are able to fit the entire cushion in your large washing machine.
